I’ve spent the last 8 years in the high-stakes world of revenue and billing. During that time, I learned that the biggest risks to a company’s growth aren’t usually found in the market; they are found in the “pipes.”

I have seen firsthand how manual workarounds, disconnected systems, and “dirty” data can leak revenue and stall a company’s momentum. That realization sparked my evolution: I decided to stop just managing the revenue flow and start engineering the systems that power it.
